Organic/Bio Lower ABV Buckle up for a wild ride with this one! Ungrafted Riesling from above the Mosel provides the base wine and the wormwood, wild hawthorn and rosehips grow in the region as well. At just 14.5% alcohol (low for vermouth), it’s vivid and zippy with layer upon layer of fruit and wild herb flavor and a satisfyingly bitter bite at the end. Use is like a “Blanc” in cocktails or sip with a splash of soda.
