Lower ABV Jean-Pierre Vacher, his son Jerome and daughter-in-law, Karine, are making classic, focused, Sancerre that hold on to Sancerre's freshness even in dry, rich, years like 2022. Done all in steel, this delivers fresh white citrus and stone fruit aromas and flavors with a dusting of limestone powder minerality and bite of lime pitch on the dry, crisp, finish.
