Organic/Bio Lower ABV Morgeot’s relatively heavy, warmer, soils helped mitigate 2021’s April frost damage and then drive lovely ripening in a cool, crisp, year. This opens with very pure, lifted, scents of crisp pear, lemon, toasted hazelnut and a fleck or two of mint. Starts our very mineral and intense on the palate before opening to a richer, fleshier, ripe pear, stone fruit, lime curd and buttered nut back-palate and finish. Best from 2026 but delicious now.
