Already delicious, this stylish Left Bank red on gravel soils is only going to get better over the next 10-15 years. It's showing excellent ripeness and an unusually silky mouth feel with pretty perfume from the 5% Cabernet Franc to match Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot. James Suckling (91 points) sums it up: “Nice purity of fruit to this with currant and blackberry character. Fine tannins and a medium, fresh finish. Drink after 2022.”
