For You If: You love mineral driven whites - this finishes with a persistent salty rockiness; you’re craving something almost nervy- this isn’t harsh but is very vivid and alive.
Not For You If: You love a lot of texture in your wine- this is pretty crisp and lean’ you're after some oak in your wine- this is done entirely in stainless steel tanks.
